Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Budget Allocation and Monitoring:
    Allocate and oversee campaign budgets to ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    Monitor campaign outcomes and prepare accurate reports on overall marketing campaign performance.
  • Creative Content:
    Develop creative and compelling content for campaign launches and optimization.
  • Trend Analysis:
    Identify industry trends and emerging technologies that impact our operations.
  • Metrics Evaluation:
    Analyze key metrics affecting website traffic and target audience engagement.
  • Innovative Strategies:
    Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
  • Marketing Strategy Planning:
    Assist in planning marketing strategies to enhance engagement, traffic, and lead generation.
  • Task Management:
    Provide assistance in media planning for upcoming campaigns and initiatives.
  • Media Planning:
    Solid understanding of Facebook, Google, and all facets of Digital Marketing.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency:
    Ability to thrive under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across different business lines.
  • Education:
    Degree/Diploma (Preferred in Marketing, Advertising/Media)

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • At least 1 year of working experience in planning and managing content, social media marketing tools such as Google, Facebook, Tiktok and etc.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new ideas
  • Creativity, can-do attitude & energetic
  • Keep up to date on relevant trends, news and updates
  • Compose copywriting for digital marketing content
  • Able to do simple graphic artwork/video for online marketing collaterals
  • Prefer candidate who can start immediately

Adminstrative Assistance

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reporting, input and manage data.
  • Perform basic accounting/bookkeeping andmaintain the order filing system.
  • Monitor and manage office affairs.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence(text messages, emails, letters, packages, etc)
  • Assist visitors to the office and provide general support.
  • Provide administrative support to sales team efficiently and independently.
  • Once a deal is closed by sales team, you are to facilitate the delivery and handle additional requests and record all relevant
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring of departmental performance against target
  • Contribute to virtual event setup, and assist with event materials during seminars.
  • Play a crucial role in managing daily business operations and general affairs.
  • Follow up on unfinished jobs from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customer’s inquiries are not left unattended.
  • Other tasks may be assigned by management if required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Efficient time management skills to prioritize task and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of internet technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of basic accounting and filing job would be an advantage.
  • A fast learner, well communicate, service minded, good working attitude person.
  • Effective problem-solver with a pleasant demeanour.
  • Able to communicate verbally and written in English, Chinese, Malay are preferable.

Tax Software Service Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle software-related requests, provide support such as guidance, set up, attend query and problems, or consultation to customers.
  • Takes and manages requests that come in by phone calls, messages, or emails.
  • Follow up unfinished job from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customer’s inquiries are not left unattended.
  • Obtain and log customer feedback for the purpose of proves improvement.
  • Analyze software related issues and propose solutions.
  • Fix software problems and test (verify) solutions prior to implementing them.
  • To provide software demo and training to potential customer or end users.
  • Able to work both independently and as well as a team player.
  • Other tasks may be assigned by management if required.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates who possess in Diploma/BS Degree in Accounting/Tax relevant field are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiar or experienced with accounting/tax system or software support will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of internet technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting/tax.
  • Strong drive and self-interest to learn technical and platform technology.
  • A communicator, Service minded, patient and good working attitude person.
  • Able to communicate verbally and written in English, Chinese, Malay are preferable.
